Hope Church staff partner with parents to develop key characteristics in young people such as compassion, patience, empathy, kindness, generosity, love, and faith. We're not just about telling Bible Stories, but how we can apply spiritual truths to our lives at every age and stage.
As a family-oriented church filled with youth, we focus on opportunities to minister to the whole family. Events like video game nights, movie nights, and park days help build community in safe environments.
The safety of every child is our utmost concern. To ensure this, parents or guardians must personally "check in" each child, and children will only be released to their trusted adults.
We offer a comprehensive curriculum designed to meet the needs of every child, providing various activities at different levels to foster their growth and development.
We put in dedicated efforts to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed, channeling our energy towards ensuring that learning and engagement become enjoyable experiences.
Some basic information that can help you better plan ahead.
Mission Statement:
To love God as we passionately walk with Him; to have unconditional positive regard for all people; and to unite the two.
Vision Statement:
To create and operate a network of churches that: spread the hope of Jesus Christ across the Western Upper Peninsula of Michigan, are community assets that instill value and virtue into folks from all walks of life, inspire people to live Holy lives, and disciple others.
Goals Statement:
We will establish a Network of Churches that will passionately follow the voice and calling of God to create environments of faith where the salvation experience shall be repeated as put forth throughout the New Testament, starting with the Day of Pentecost in Acts 2. We will be a safe shelter for the hurting, vulnerable, isolated, and Hopeless. We will prioritize people over money, holistically invest in others, and be rooted in our communities as a valuable asset.
